At Billabong, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, so we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original shipping box or a similar package, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package over any existing barcodes.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
